timestamp
display a loudspeaker symbol to the left of the time-stamp
plays this message locally in the player allocated to .WAV format

this is a link to the bookmark for the message. 
I would like it to display the bookmark and choose one that makes sense
also used in reply messages
so the symbol should be like the arrows or a stamp

link to the ibook identity of the speaker, drawn from caller Id.
catch all Id for unknowns
should have the persons image or icon if we have it.


annotation/email
brings up the present form
needs a symbol and message number or time stamp in little
thinking this should display the message number in the page alongside an envelope symbol. then we dont need the extra page refresh to add them when selected in the Play Page check box. There isn't a page refresh to add the numbers in the PlayPage checkbox.  It's done using javascript without reloading the page.
